Job Description

We are seeking a talented Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist to join one of our real estate teams. You will pursue new properties for the team and cultivate relationships with buyers to sell these properties. You must be results-oriented, think strategically, and build connections with homeowners and investors. Real estate license is required. Team sales and lead generation are a big part of this upside commission opportunity as well. Compensation:

$80,000 - $130,000 at plan

Responsibilities:
  • Reply quickly to all incoming leads and client requests for information
  • Ensure a smooth transaction between buyers and sellers
  • Build rapport with prospects and clients to overcome objections and get the deal signed
  • Assess comparables, property value, and condition through research, outreach, data, site walks, and market trends
  • Manage leads and follow up through daily CRM use to update and stay on task until deals are closed

  • Find acquisition properties
  • Develop builder, developer, and contractor network
  • Investment property lead generation
  • Investment property lead follow-up
  • Listing appointments
  • Investment property buyer and seller sales
  • Close sales
  • Sales talk mastery
Qualifications:
  • Requires an enthusiastic passion for real estate asset sales and goal-oriented personality
  • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone
