Responsibilities:- Conduct listing presentations with potential sellers in Carlsbad, CA to showcase top-notch customer service
- Provide sellers with recommended asking prices and highlight key selling features for their homes
- Organize open houses, home inspections, and showings efficiently
- Maintain regular communication with clients to offer feedback on property listings, enhancing customer service experience
- Respond promptly to leads and prospective buyers to establish a solid client base
- Ensure timely follow-up with leads and maintain comprehensive database campaigns
- Schedule and confirm listing appointments in Carlsbad, CA
- Carry out appointments successfully
- Finalize and close property listings professionally
