Who are we looking for?

The Business Development Coach is an established real estate agent and a recognized leader with high integrity and a track record of business success. This individual is driven, they exhibit a take-charge, results-oriented approach to goals and thrives seeing others achieve. They will collaborate with market center leadership in order to achieve the Market Center's goals by supporting the dependent and interdependent market center model. Their primary responsibility is to create a program that builds the careers of agents looking for a higher-level of leverage and support in lead generation and shared services than an interdependent model provides.

What will you do?

This is the 20% of the job:

  • Create and establish a productivity-based environment for associates
  • % (defined by MC leadership) are enrolled and engaged in development program
  • % (defined by MC leadership) of development program are producing each month
  • % (defined by MC leadership) of company dollar resulting in associates engaged in development program
  • Recruit and gross # of R1 and/or R2 associates (# defined by MC leadership) each month (as needed)

You will also...

  • Create strategy to identify potential associates that would engage in the Business Development Program
  • Prospect for new clients daily
  • Lead all aspects of transactions from initial contact to contract to close for business development clients
  • Create and nurture the database
  • Meet with R1 and R2 recruits (as needed)
  • Track results, review and ensure program is profitable through establishing business plan and share results with MC Leadership team

Knowledge/Skills

  • Goal setting, planning, and accountability-based leadership
  • Excellent at building rapport
  • People oriented with strong people skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Good organizational skills
  • Learning-based attitude
  • Proven track record of leading, developing, and effectively leveraging a team
  • Willing to learn scripts and dialogues
  • Mastery of the KW core agent curriculum and technology: Command, Ignite, BOLD, MREA, Lead Generation 36:12:3, Win with Sellers, Win with Buyers, Career Visioning, 30/60/90 and Success Through Others; scripts for all aspects of real estate; and MREA models and systems
  • Track record of success
  • Real estate license
  • 1-3 years of industry and sales experience preferred

Salary includes a base and bonus. This is a multiple step interview process.
