Who are we looking for?
An energetic, positive and enthusiastic individual who understands that to run effectively and efficiently, a Market Center must tend to its associates’ needs in such a way that they (associates) are receiving the exceptional level of service provided by the Market Center.
This front desk person will be responsible for the appearance of the Market Center common areas. They will ensure the office is neat and prepared for business. This person must have a relationship-based attitude as a result of the associate being the customer. We are here to serve them with enthusiasm.
Think of this role as the Director of First Impressions, they will greet everyone with a smile and warmth as they enter the office. They will be as helpful as possible without neglecting the phones.
This person must have advanced social media skills and work with Canva. This is an entry level position with amazing opportunities to grow into other areas.
