Keller Williams Preferred Realty is seeking a talented Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a leading real estate company, we are looking for an outgoing, respectful, and entrepreneurial-minded individual who can elevate our marketing efforts with a strong emphasis on design. We want to hear from you if you have a keen eye for aesthetics, exceptional organizational skills, and a knack for managing social media platforms and statistics!
This individual will primarily focus on design tasks, including creating logos, agent rebranding, and ensuring cohesive branding across all materials. They will manage social media accounts and websites, create compelling marketing content such as event flyers, agent business cards, and even design yard signs. The role also involves organizing and decorating large events, such as award ceremonies and appreciation events. Additionally, the Marketing Design Specialist will develop innovative marketing strategies, assist agents with social media management, and create engaging reels and videos for the office. This position is primarily M-F 8 am-5 pm, but we do require occasional flexibility on weekends for special events.
This is a full-time, in-office position in Burnsville, MN. Candidates must be local to be considered.
Compensation:
  • Salary Range: $50,000-$60,000 depending on experience
  • Paid Time Off
Responsibilities
•Build and manage a content calendar touse for agent retention and recruiting
•Create a consistent marketing package for various channels (newsletter, email, social, video, websites, and value tools).
•Optimize marketing automation through email, content, and social channels.
•Manage social media profiles on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google, and other relevant channels.
•Explore new ways to engage and identify social networks to reach target agents.
•Report monthly statistics for social media traffic and engagement.
•Meet weekly with the Agent Services Coordinator to discuss marketing plans and graphic content.
•Work closely with the marketing team, real estate agents, and leadership to understand their needs and provide creative solutions.
•Create visually stunning marketing materials with a focus on design.
•Develop training calendar designs, weekly and monthly newsletters, and visually appealing event promotions.
•Host and plan events to promote real estate services and foster community engagement.
•Oversee a comprehensive marketing menu tailored for over 200 realtors, ensuring consistency with the brand and meeting unique agent needs.
•Work on multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating organization, time management, and the ability to meet deadlines.
•Implement and create visions for various events, maintaining cohesive branding for agents and the market center.
Qualifications
•At least 1 year of social media, marketing, or a degree in Design or Marketing preferred
•2 years of graphic design or content design experience strongly preferred
•1 years of Search Engine Optimization experience
•Experience and knowledge of the real estate industry are preferred but not required
•Knowledge or desire to learn how to execute social media strategy and implementation of social media campaigns
•Knowledge or desire to learn photo/video editing
•Experience in Canva, FB Business, Instagram, YouTube, Adobe, and Social Media Management.
•Ability to learn new as well as teach others cloud-based software programs including Canva, CRM systems, project management systems, Microsoft Office, all top social media platforms, Google Drive, etc.
•Strong attention to detail
•Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload, flexible in the day to hop from one task to the next
•Creative problem-solving skills
•Outstanding organization
•Tech savvy; up-to-date with the latest tools and applications and able to navigate new systems quickly
•Able to multitask and prioritize daily workload - can work on multiple projects at once. Can be flexible in the day to hop from one task to the next.
•Able to work independently to support a team and appropriately manage time
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills

•Must have a CAN and WILL DO attitude so the agents in the team can focus on selling.
