We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a front desk/leadership executive assistant. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and multitasking skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide company support and feedback to the leadership team
• Manage and coordinate office calendars and systems
• Act as the point of contact between leadership and internal/external clients
• Assist with the coordination and execution of events and special projects
• Maintain and update digital filing systems and databases for the firm
• Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including some phone calls, emails and mail
• Assist employees with any direct or immediate needs from the firm
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Proven experience as front desk or in a similar position
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in google systems and other relevant software
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Professional and discreet when handling confidential information
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of front desk operations is a plus
• Must be willing to learn new systems and adjust well to change
• Highly skilled in Social Media
• Look for and identify opportunities to help grow the company, both individually and collectively

Pay will range from $16-$17 an hour part-time - Opportunity for advancement and full time employment with additional responsibilities of technology training.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.73 - $17.71 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
