What will you do?

• Partner with the Executive Leadership Team to implement the Network and Brokerage mission, vision and values
• Oversee marketing and communication systems
• Learn, implement and teach Keller Williams and Xperience Brokerage Network technology and value programs.
• Develop and manage systems, checklists and procedures
• Implement the Agent and Leadership onboarding process
• Manage day to day front office operations
• Assist and provide support to the Executive Leadership Team
• Lead the Agent experience including answering questions, providing resources and facilitating events and opportunities

Knowledge/Skill

• Extraordinary people skills
• Proficient in technology and enjoys learning new technology
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Great at time management and organization
• Proficiency in G-Suite and Microsoft Office
• Proficiency in marketing including but not limited to; Social Media (Facebook, Instagram), Canva, etc.
• Comfortability with and desire to learn new technologies and teach others
• Proactive, positive, solution-based, results-focused attitude

Experience:

• Social media management: 1 (Preferred)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $1,500.00 - $2,250.00 per month

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
