•Assist clients on closing days by being present during their final step of the home-buying process when needed
•Complete real estate listing paperwork, create new MLS listings, post listings to social media, and implement a marketing plan for new listings to ensure accurate information that promotes quick sales
•Research the surrounding real estate market to determine the best listing price for the seller
•Convert pre-qualified leads that are passed on from sales agents to schedule listing appointments and grow the business
•Close the best deal possible by negotiating contracts with buyer's agents
Qualifications
