The Weekend Receptionist must understand that to run effectively and efficiently, a Market Center must tend to its associates’ needs t remain satisfied with the level of service provided by the Market Center.

The Call Coordinator will:

• be responsible for the appearance of the Market Center common areas.
• ensure the office is neat and prepared for business.
• have a relationship-based attitude.
• act as the Director of First Impressions for the Market Center and will greet everyone with a smile and warmth as they enter the office.
• be as helpful as possible without neglecting the phones.
• assist in the management of the office by providing support and feedback to the team.

Essential duties and responsibilities

• Answer the phone professionally
• Properly route phone calls
• Greet everyone in a positive manner
• Assist management team
• Receive and sort mail and deliveries
• Maintain appearance of reception area

Hours

Saturdays 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

5 Holidays required to work: The day after New Year's Day, Good Friday, the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and the day after Christmas.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
