Position: Account Service Operations Associate
Location: New Jersey
Pay Rate: $23/hr. On W2(No Benefits)

SummaryThis position is in Account Services Operations, which primarily consists of supporting the new account opening process (both paper and online), stock plan activation, and account maintenance
Responsibilities

• Review paper and electronic applications to determine good order
• Manually process applications as needed with speed and accuracy
• Quickly respond to related Operations and Customer Service inquiries
• Process all work daily to maintain excellent service levels

BASIC

• Minimum of 1 year of financial operations experience or equivalent

Preferred

• 1 years' experience with data entry and documentation review
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Familiarity with DocuSign
• Proven organizational skills with attention to detail
• Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Access, etc.)
• Must be a dynamic and self-starting individual, able to work independently or as part of a team
