Kelly & Eccleston Management is Hiring a Community Association Manager Near Bakersfield, CA

Part-Time, On-Site Manager for Homeowners Association

(position does not have living accommodations)

25 hours per week

4 hour shifts, Mon-Fri and One 4 hour shift per month in the evening or weekend

Under general supervision by the Community Manager, the On-Site Manager provides direct support to the Community on the behalf of the Management Company.

First point of contact to facility visitors

  • Maintain regular office hours (Monday - Friday)
  • Provide excellent customer service to all clubhouse visitors

Assist in scheduling and planning of community social events

  • Create and Maintain social event calendar
  • Monitor inventory of office supplies and request more as needed
  • Advertise events to community Residents
  • Assist with planning of community events
  • Be available to work 1 Saturday per month to assist with community events

Oversee facility reservations and rentals

  • Distribute and maintain applications & insurance records
  • Review applications and accept/track deposits
  • Ensure that reiterations do not conflict
  • Ensure cleanup after event is completed properly

Oversee common area facilities

  • Conduct daily and weekly inspections of facilities and common areas
  • Submit work orders for common area when applicable
  • Keep inventory of facility supplies & request reorders as needed

Maintain Resident Directory

  • Update Resident information
  • Distribute updated lists to community as directed by manager
