Exciting opportunity for a Construction Project Administrator/Coordinator to join my clients growing staff. Must have experience within the Construction field or similar industry like working Purchase orders, Proposals and Billing. Construction Project Administrator – Coordinator Direct hire or Temp to Hire Salary $90-$95K per year Onsite 5 days a week Middlesex, New Jersey 08846 RESPONSIBILITIES: Creating Purchase Orders Send documents to clients, suppliers, and subcontractors. Create and maintain master subcontractor agreements. Prepare job-specific permits. Handle monthly billing for jobs and communicate with accounting. Process invoices. Manage annual re-qualification for client. Licensing/Certification : Handle applications and renewals for licensing and certification. Certificate of Insurance : Review, cancel, and approve all Certificates of Insurance. Provide general administrative support. Reconciling and processing expense reports. Organizing bi-weekly project meetings and taking meeting notes. Assisting with safety protocols with the Safety Manager/HR. QUALIFICATIONS: Education : Bachelor’s Degree Experience 5 years of equivalent experience in project administration. Industry Experience : Experience in professional services or construction services is desired. Technical Skills : Proficiency with MS Office; exposure to invoicing/billing systems. Attention to Detail : Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills. Independence and Collaboration : Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
