Kelly Professional & Industrial is Hiring a Human Resources Administrative Coordinator Near Dallas, TX

Kelly Services is looking for an HR Coordinator will assist with various HR functions including I-9 compliance, electronic filing, data cleanup, job description updates, and other HR projects. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Job Functions:

I-9 Compliance:

  • Assist with the completion and verification of I-9 forms.
  • Conduct regular audits of I-9 records to ensure compliance with federal regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of I-9 documentation.

Electronic Filing:

  • Organize and maintain employee records in the electronic filing system.
  • Ensure all HR documents are scanned, filed, and easily retrievable.
  • Implement improvements to the electronic filing process for better efficiency.

Data Cleanup:

  • Review and clean up HR data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Identify and correct discrepancies in employee records.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to update and maintain the HRIS database.

HR Projects:

  • Support various HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
  • Participate in HR process improvements and policy updates.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team on an as-needed basis.

Requirements:

  • 2 years business related experience with prior experience in an HR support role preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Knowledge of HRIS systems, preferably Workday.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Solid problem-solving, organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.

Location: Downtown Dallas

M-F/8am-5pm/Hybrid

Pay: $18-22hr

Temp 4/month, Contract role
