KSDA is fort mill's faith-based dance and are studio. We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Instructor with similar values to join our team. As an Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality aerial classes and fostering a positive learning environment for students.

**Duties:**

- Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans in accordance with the curriculum

- Provide instruction using a variety of teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles

- Create a supportive classroom atmosphere that encourages students to grow & perform with excellence

- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback

- Maintain accurate records of student attendance & performance

- Collaborate with our team to enhance the overall student experience

**Qualifications:**

- Shared values & beliefs

- Previous teaching experience is preferred

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of diverse learners

- A positive & encouraging attitude

- Self-motivated

- Certifications are a plus but not required as the studio can provide that opportunity

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
