Job Summary: The IT Project Manager oversees technology projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to scope. This role requires effective project planning, strong communication, and risk management.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning: Define project scope, develop plans, and manage budgets.
Team Coordination: Lead and delegate tasks, ensuring team alignment.
Communication: Deliver progress reports, manage stakeholder expectations, and handle project documentation.
Risk Management: Identify risks, manage dependencies, and develop contingency plans.
Quality Assurance: Monitor project milestones and conduct post-project evaluations.
