Salary: $33.00-$35.00 DOE

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM, Hybrid role.

Duration: 3-6 months
Location: Healdsburg, CA onsite

What’s a typical day as an Accounts Receivables Clerk? You’ll be:
• Posting bank deposits and generating invoices
• Tracking invoices and performing collection calls
• Resolving issues with customers and generating reports
• Facilitating inventory transfers and reconciling inventory monthly
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have experience in financial, clerical, and administrative services
• Possess strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Associate’s degree; 2 years in an accounts receivable, collections or cash receipts role
• Are proficient in Microsoft Office and have experience with accounting software
