Kelly Supply Company is an established family business, offering industrial materials at our several branches. We are looking for a full-time employee who wants a stable working position to join our team.

Kelly Supply Company is accepting applications for a full-time INSIDE SALES & COUNTER Position. Our well-established industrial supply/parts company is a powerful competitor in the industrial supply market through local warehouses and internet sales. We are open Monday through Friday, and are looking to hire a full-time person in our Pella, IA branch. We need someone to facilitate inside sales, work with customers at the counter and make outside deliveries. Compensation is based on experience.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE MUST:

· Provide excellent customer service

· Be able to establish good customer relations

· Have a working knowledge of computers

· Be a supportive team member

· A mechanical, construction and/or farming background is preferred

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

· Accurately enter counter customers’ orders

· Receive and enter orders over the phone

· Proficiently use software applications and a keyboard with accuracy

· Comfortably lift and/or move objects 10-50 lbs

· Pull inventory

· Help with shipping, receiving and customer delivery

· Stock shelves

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

· High school diploma or GED Equivalent

· Adhere to a prompt and daily attendance

· Present a neat/clean appearance

· Be authorized to work in the United States

· Have a valid driver’s license
