We are currently looking for Account Executives for the Columbus, OH location!!!

Account Executive/Engineering – Staffing Sales

$70,000-$80,000/yearly based on experience with uncapped commissions!!!

*As an idea, an attainable year 1 commission would be $18-25K (team average), year 2-4 would be $35-$55K (team average), year 4-6 would be $60-85K (team average) and the top 10% in these roles are $95K .

Responsibilities:

• Possess a proven ability to develop business, build relationships, network, and communicate both orally and in writing.
• Initiate and conduct introductory meetings with potential and current strategic Engineering hiring partners experiencing or expecting growth.
• Observe client sites & conduct research on hiring market and skill set supply/demand.
• Qualify partnership potential and gain commitment from executives/decision-makers, engineering directors, engineering managers, etc.
• Lead, educate & train specialized engineering recruiters.
• Demonstrate a strong internal/external customer focus and personal leadership, and solid negotiation and presentation skills.
• Collaborate effectively with all levels of management.
• Adhere to the sales metrics and thresholds.
• Remain current with competitive trends, staffing/human resource issues and market conditions and their effect on business.
• Operating within company policy, exercises discretion and independent judgment in making decisions.
• Build and maintain mutually beneficial business relationships not only with decision-makers and end users at current and prospective customers, but also with community leaders and representatives from relevant business associations (e.g., Society of Human Resource Managers).

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferred.
• Experience in business-to-business sales or relevant technical Engineering experience.
• 2 years of sales experience in Engineering and/or Technical Solutions; Business to business sales capacity.
• Staffing Sales experience in business-to-business sales (would entertain manufacturing- light industrial if there was at least 20-25% selling Engineering type business).
• Proven ability to develop business; build consultative relationships; thrive in a team environment and have effective networking skills.
• Staffing industry experience required.
• Must be a top performer.
• Demonstrate a strong internal/external customer focus, positive personal leadership and drive, and solid negotiation and presentation skills.
• Driven to succeed – Engineering solutions oriented with strong sense of urgency.
