Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: 1st shift 8:00am to 5:00pm (Mon.-Fri). $30 per hour ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Manage monitor and assist with the posting of A/P transactions and preparation of A/P disbursement proposals Perform month-end requirements in a thorough and timely manner Ensure the accuracy of ledger postings and the reconciliation of vendor accounts Manage the movement of GR/IR transactions and ensure proper postings in a timely manner to the proper vendor account Ensure compliance with GAAP, IFRS and Ircas standards & best practices Assist with management and maintaining of Expense reports and the Concur expenses system setup and monitoring Assist with the implementation, training and roll-out of Infor M3 QUALIFICATIONS : Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance or three years related accounting experience or an equivalent combination of education/experience and training Excellent organizational and planning skills Ability to maintain a high standard of quality with both internal accounting processes and the vendors accounting processes. Must have high proficiency in recording and processing financial transactions relating to vendors.
