- Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm schedule for work-life balance
- Opportunity to work with a premier logistics company
- Gain experience in the accounts payable field
- Running and sending monthly Statement of accounts by the 5th of each month via excel and PDF
- Logging Agent Statement of Accounts in the appropriate Agent folder via spreadsheets
- Verifying accruals in CW
- Posting accruals in CW (if no invoices available)
- Sending invoices to Shipamax
- Working within Shipamax to post or assign invoices
- Advising Agents of approved invoices and requesting approvals of NL invoices
- Setting up payment details (incoming & outgoing) - (once approval list is received of NL invoices)
- Setting up outgoing wire batches in CW
- Requesting outgoing wires with the treasury department (with payment details and wire request form)
- Applying cash app for outgoing wires once confirmed from BOA
- Logging outgoing wires on BOA spreadsheet
- Sending payment details/bank confirmation to the Agent via email
- Working with Agents on payment details for incoming wires
- Providing payment details for incoming wires to Cash app
- Replying to internal/external emails
- Providing invoice copies to Agents when needed
- Posting overhead invoices for Corporate office
- Have experience in accounts payable or a related field
- Possess strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Are proficient in Excel and PDF
- Have excellent communication skills
- Have the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
