Salary
- Seeking candidates with proven Call Center results in Michigan Will need to commute to customer facility in Michigan
- Bilingual: $17.50 per hour
- Monolingual 16.97 per hour
- Work Schedule: 8 am to 7 pm Central time. The employee will be assigned an 8-hour shift during that period.

What’s a typical bilingual English/Arabic customer service representatives? You’ll be:
- Handling customer service inquiries and problems via telephone
- Recording consistent problem areas and providing solutions
- Responding to email inquiries
- Using computerized systems for tracking, information gathering, and troubleshooting
- Communicating complex information and addressing related questions
- Have a high school diploma or GED (Associates degree preferred)
- Have at least two (2) years of relevant experience
- Possess excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Have strong customer service experience, preferably in a provider services environment
- Are computer literate and proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Have a typing speed of 30 wpm
- Can perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment
- Can successfully execute multiple tasks simultaneously
- Have previous call center experience
- Seeking candidates with proven Call Center results in Michigan Will need to commute to customer facility in Michigan
- 25 Mbps download/10 Mbps upload internet speed, at least 30 GB of data (50 Mbps if you share internet with others in the household)
- Quiet place/distraction-free, smartphone or tablet
- Working remotely is not a substitute for dependent care.
- Able to give a 3-month commitment (there is “no” approved time off during training)
