What’s a typical day as a Customer Support Representative? You’ll be:
  • Accurately preparing quotes, orders, and order confirmations in a timely manner
  • Performing data collection and cost analysis throughout the department
  • Communicating directly with customers using exceptional written and oral skills
  • Issuing credit memorandums in a timely manner
  • Performing general office duties as needed
