- Processing work orders based on MRP outputs.
- Utilizing business system to generate/complete work orders
- Closing work orders for Outside Sourcing Procedures (OSP) in the ERP system.
- Performing scrap / work order control transactions in Oracle.
- Providing scheduling information to customer service in support of backlog management and lead-time communication.
- Interfacing with the shipping departments to support the completion of shipment-related paperwork.
- Utilizing the system to print required labels, checking accuracy, readability, and compliance with all existing specifications prior to issuance.
- Maintaining the label production area in a clean, orderly manner and operating all equipment in a safe manner.
- Previous experience in production control, inventory management, or related roles within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of labeling regulations and standards (preferred).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
