Kelly is Hiring a Dispatcher/Customer Service Near Charlotte, NC
START ASAPDispatcher - -Applicant must have transportation to get to the office. -Able to pass a background check and drug screen. Performed by 3rd party -You must have a professional appearance, clean background, a good MVR, and no felonies or DUI s in the past 7 years.
Proficient with computers and office related software.
Preferred -Can work under pressure, multitask, and has good decision-making skills. -Communicates regularly with customers on the status of pick up/drop off when late. -Report any service failures to your supervisor by way of documentation. -Reliable, works well independently, as part of a group, and willing to go the extra mile to satisfy our clients. -Able to take direction, follow instructions, and communicate as necessary.
Dispatching/Logistics experience in a high-volume setting. Preferred -Assigning driver orders/moves for pick up/drop off based on client requirements. -Monitoring a pool of contract drivers, successfully route the jobs to arrive on time, and offer direction to carry out instructions.
