SUMMARY

Financial Reporting Specialist is pivotal in providing essential support to both the accounting and sales departments. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of financial principles, impeccable organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong Excel skills are imperative.

Core Competencies & Responsibilities:

• Compile, Formulate and Distribute various Executive, Sales and Customer Reports
• Rebate Summary Detail & Usage Reports
• Customer Sales Compliance Reports
• Weekly and Monthly Generic Compliance Reports
• Comparison Reports
• Monthly Executive KPI Reports
• Customer Purchase Reports
• Weekly and Semimonthly Trend Reports
• Process pricing and contract changes with wholesale partner
• Establishing pricing & rebate matrices for new and existing customer renewals
• Track new customer sales
• Monitor and track sales proposal process
• Deliver superior service, by listening to sales and management requests, and strive to find solutions to challenges
• Complete other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

• Associates degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field. Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2 years of experience in financial reporting
• Expert Excel skills (v-lookups, formulas, pivot tables, macros, formatting, etc.)
• Experience compiling data from multiple sources and creating reports
