What’s a typical day as a Machine Operator? You’ll be:

• Safely operate high speed manufacturing equipment including warehouse or material handling responsibilities as needed.
• Mastering all process elements of the role, including troubleshooting and basic repair
• Providing training support to other areas within the facility to help reach strategic goals
• Demonstrating strong commitment to working effectively in a team environment, exhibiting strong communication skills, and focusing on providing strategic support to the mills goals and visions.
• Take ownership to set high standards of performance for self and others; assuming responsibility for successfully completing assignments or tasks

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Can maintain a work schedule of 4-10 hour shifts, including overtime, that could include weekends and holidays
• Have at least 3 years Large machine operating experience
• Have basic computer skills
• Have basic mechanical, technical, or manufacturing skills or related experience (preferred)
• Previous or current experience in an industrial manufacturing environment with industrial tractors or forklift operations
