Kelly is Hiring a Maintenance Project Coordinator Near Grand Forks, ND
- Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of out-of-town vendors to exceed resident’s expectations.
- Optimize policies, procedures, workflow, and maintenance management systems.
- Make business decisions to minimize costs and positively impact company expansion.
- Finance duties including invoice management.
- Plan and manage unit turns, seasonal and preventative maintenance.
- Manage on-call duties remotely.
- Monthly site visits to each market (currently 3 travel days per month outside of Fargo).
- Set and achieve role related goals.
- Role is 95% office and 5% travel site visits.
- Project management skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Leadership experience.
- Maintenance/technical understanding.
- Driver’s license.
- Personal phone.
- Experience with task management software, AppFolio, Google Suite preferred.
- Salary is based on experience and skills.
- Out of town mileage reimbursement.
- Additional on-call earnings. (On-call $50/night).
- Two weeks paid vacation, one week paid sick leave, and 10 paid holidays.
- Health insurance reimbursement.
