Kelly is Hiring a Manufacturing Equipment Engineer Near Lakeland, FL
- Location: Onsite - Lakeland , FL (33815)
- Type: Contract - (NO C2C OR THIRD PARTY)
- Duration: 12 months - Opportunity for contract extension
- Pay Rate – Negotiable depending on DIRECT-related experience
- Work Authorization - Must be able to work in the U.S. with approved authorization
Travel required up to 25% to locations in Arizona one week a month once the projects picks up. (Will most likely begin traveling at the end of the year)Job SummaryThis role provides engineering support to a manufacturing process, project or function. Evaluates manufacturing outcomes and implements continuous improvements and cost efficiencies. Supports NPI and new equipment/process introductions.
Duties Include
- Manufacturing support, troubleshooting equipment, recommending improvements, etc
- Managing project cost, cost reduction, process improvements and equip improvements
- Updating operation procedures for production and training
- Assisting and supporting equipment but not maintaining equipment.
- Will attend and lead meeting with stakeholders.
- IQ/OQ work using company validation guidelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- Travel required up to 25% to locations in Arizona.
- Entry level to 3 years of experience.
