Kelly is Hiring a Manufacturing Equipment Engineer Near Lakeland, FL

  • Location: Onsite - Lakeland , FL (33815)
  • Type: Contract - (NO C2C OR THIRD PARTY)
  • Duration: 12 months - Opportunity for contract extension
  • Pay Rate – Negotiable depending on DIRECT-related experience
  • Work Authorization - Must be able to work in the U.S. with approved authorization
Pneumatic Air & Power & Mechanical & electrical (robotics) Equipment. Allen Bradley PLC experience is a plus
Travel required up to 25% to locations in Arizona one week a month once the projects picks up. (Will most likely begin traveling at the end of the year)Job SummaryThis role provides engineering support to a manufacturing process, project or function. Evaluates manufacturing outcomes and implements continuous improvements and cost efficiencies. Supports NPI and new equipment/process introductions.
Duties Include
  • Manufacturing support, troubleshooting equipment, recommending improvements, etc
  • Managing project cost, cost reduction, process improvements and equip improvements
  • Updating operation procedures for production and training
  • Assisting and supporting equipment but not maintaining equipment.
  • Will attend and lead meeting with stakeholders.
  • IQ/OQ work using company validation guidelines.
Required
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • Travel required up to 25% to locations in Arizona.
  • Entry level to 3 years of experience.
