Kelly is Hiring a Manufacturing Tech Near Southington, CT
Pay: $25/hr
Schedule: Monday-Friday 6:45am-3:15pm

- Performing machine setup, equipment/product changeovers, and troubleshooting equipment performance problems.
- Assisting production specialists with machine adjustments.
- Acting as a liaison between manufacturing specialists and maintenance.
- Creating maintenance work orders and completing production logbook entries.
- Constantly improving skill level in production maintenance to keep up with advances in technology and automation.
- Have experience using tools such as voltmeters, amp meters, hand tools, welders, and calipers.
- Are proficient in using Outlook mail.
- Are able to work overtime during the week and on weekends, and adjust your schedule quickly to meet operational demands.
- Are at least 18 years of age.
- Have a minimum of two years related industrial mechanical or industrial electrical experience OR completion of a two-year applicable technical school and one year related industrial mechanical or industrial electrical experience.
