Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a skilled and motivated Business System Analyst to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze complex business requirements and rules
• Utilize Postman for API testing
• Query MongoDB databases to extract and analyze data
• Create detailed mockups and wireframes to communicate design concepts
• Test complex workflows and identify areas for improvement
• Review and execute automation tests, collaborating with QA engineers to ensure quality
• Develop clear, detailed, and precise user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria
• Ask questions and seek clarifications to fully understand complex business rules and processes
• Monitor and analyze system performance by reading logs using tools such as Mezmo, Dynatrace, ADO, and Lens
• Multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work

Desired Skills/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Business System Analyst or similar role
• Proficiency with Postman and MongoDB
• Experience in creating mockups and testing complex workflows
• Familiarity with automation tools and frameworks, with the ability to review and execute tests
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write detailed user stories and documentation
• Strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to manage multiple projects
• Experience with system monitoring tools such as Mezmo, Dynatrace, ADO, and Lens
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to understand, ask questions, clarify, and document complex business rules
• Experience in the airline industry
