Job SummaryOur client is seeking a Junior Cyber Analyst who will be responsible for supporting the cybersecurity efforts within the company's services by interfacing with customers who are assessing the company's devices and vendor practices. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to provide cybersecurity assessments and ensure that the company's products and services meet customer requirements. This job is located in Indianola, Pennsylvania.
Duties
Duties
- Conduct and support cybersecurity assessments of the company's devices and services, ensuring they meet customer and industry standards
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure cybersecurity requirements are met and understood
- Act as a customer-facing representative for the commercial cyber department, addressing inquiries, providing information, and supporting customers during their assessment processes
- Maintain and update cybersecurity assessment reports, policies, and procedures
- Ensure that the company's devices and services comply with relevant cybersecurity standards and regulations
- Provide remote assistance for cybersecurity assessments, connectivity team, and customer support, ensuring timely resolution and support
- High School Diploma, Associates degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relevant discipline preferred
- 1 years of experience in cybersecurity or a related field
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, self-directed environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with flexibility and good judgment
- Ability to prioritize individual workload to ensure customer satisfaction
- Proficient in Microsoft Office product suite and 3rd party cybersecurity tools
- Confidence to provide direction and communication to internal teams
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices
