Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a Marketing Associate who will help with yearly and quarterly planning processes by understanding insights and building campaign plans. This job is located in San Francisco, California.
Duties:
- Lead marketing projects with a cross-functional stakeholder team
- Lead projects from planning through in-market execution and reporting
- Create operational deliverables in company applications
- Build, run, and explain reports on marketing performance
- Produce quantitative and qualitative analysis of marketing efforts
- Manage end-to-end processes across several multi-channel marketing programs simultaneously
- Help prepare and present campaign performance for the company's cross-functional partners
Desired Skills/Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or a similar field, with a strong understanding of marketing fundamentals
- 2 years of experience in a demand generation role
- Understanding of key marketing channels, including email, webinars, social, and paid media
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills
- Proactive mindset and the ability to identify gaps and take initiative
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally
- Ability to manage projects against tight timelines
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
