Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a Network Real Estate Specialist who will interpret and understand the company's policies and procedures and effectively communicate them to third-party vendors.
Duties:
- Identify, analyze, and resolve real estate and lease-related issues as needed to meet internal or external deadlines and reporting requirements
- Negotiate and work with all types of Landlords and their agents in order to preserve the Company’s rights and meet the Company’s contractual and regulatory obligations
- Identify and resolve network critical or site critical issues requiring immediate escalation to the Network leadership team
- Review and managing financial invoicing for vendor services in a timely manner
- Navigate and completing FUZE tasks
Desired Skills/Experience:
- Previous site acquisition experience within telecom
- Experience Interacting with landlords, permitting Fiber, microwave, and raw land
- Experience building rooftop sites
- Would prefer the experience in telecom and site acquisition
