Our Talent Advisor is accountable for :

• Managing MPP Talent at Trenton and supporting the greater North sub pool as they call in
• Establishing a greater scope of all talent at Trenton as needed to support the account
• Filling MPP subs in their roles
• Handling all the attendance, incidents, and workers' comp for all Trenton subs
• Facing the district, including being on-site, attending meetings, etc.
• Supporting the account in any way needed, including assisting other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Essential Skills :

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Highly organized, efficient at multi-tasking, and strong follow-through skills required; candidates must be able to see projects through from start to completion.
• Self-motivated with keen sense of prioritization, time management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills verbal and written.

Seeking minimum of 2 years of Education, Staffing, Human Resources, Talent Management, and / or related area of expertise.

Special Education and EIP knowledge preferred.
