You will be responsible for driving the successful execution of our company's programs and managing strategic alliances to support our overall business objectives. What You'll Do:

  • Drive all aspects of program management, alliance development, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive management strategies to ensure successful planning, execution, and delivery of projects.
  • Lead and mentor team of program managers, providing guidance on project scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication, networking, and problem solving with cross functional teams, key partner representatives, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Work with project team to develop the integrated development plan.
  • Act as primary point of contact for partner organizations.
  • Develop and manage operational aspects of the alliance, including governance, committees, research plans, and budgets.
  • Monitor and assess partnership performance, ensuring timely achievement of milestones and contractual agreements while also implementing corrective measures as needed.
  • Regularly assess and report on the performance of programs and alliances to executive leadership.
What You'll Bring:
  • PhD, MS, or BS/BA/MBA degree 10 years’ experience of relevant pharmaceutical/biotech industry experience with at least 5 years in Program and/or Alliance Management within various R&D, Commercial, and/or Corporate functions.
  • Proficiency in alliance management, business development, or related roles.
  • Experience in cross function integrated program management, pre-IND to IND and further into development strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of early drug discovery processes through IND.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience in risk management and strategic planning.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
