Experienced Estimator/Project Manager

Kelsey Construction a well-established civil contractor who is committed to the recruitment and retention of experienced, dedicated employees. We are a nonunion contractor, with a sizable fleet of heavy equipment, operating within a 60-mile radius of Louisville, KY with our shop located off I-65 in Shepherdsville. We have a reputation for quality in our work and are committed to the safety and development of our employees.
Job Summary:
The Estimator/Project Manager has a minimum of 5 years’ experience performing take offs, obtaining necessary materials pricing from suppliers and compiling a complete project estimate aligned with the required scope of work, overseeing all phases of a project, making sure the project is completed on time and within scope and budget from inception to completion of the life cycle. Has proven ability to manage multiple projects consisting of scheduling, material purchasing, and pricing change orders as well as maintaining relationships with Owners/Project Managers. Compensation is based on experience and includes performance-based bonus opportunities.
