Job Title: Medical Technologist I/II - Sign-On Bonus: $2,500Clinic Location: North Houston CampusDepartment: Laboratory ServicesJob Type: Full Time Salary Range: $64,369 - $86,731 (Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.)QualificationsEducationRequired: Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, Medical Technology, or related science.
Associate degree in Medical Laboratory Technology required for Technician candidates.

MEDICAL TECHNOLOGIST I
- 1-3 years of clinical laboratory testing
- Will consider clinical rotations as experience from accredited institution.
- 4 years of clinical laboratory testing
- Will consider clinical rotations as experience from accredited institution
License(s)Required: ASCP eligible. Valid driver’s license
Preferred: ASCP certification or equivalent
Special SkillsRequired: Knowledge and skills to perform procedures in Chemistry, Hematology, Immunology, Coagulation, and Urinalysis

OtherRequired: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to deliver organized and concise presentations tailored to audience. Excellent time management skills- ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to efficiently manage lab operations. Effective leadership skills to include:
