Reporting to the Senior Vice-President Sales Northern Europe, as the Sales & Service Market lead at Kelvion, for the Scandics Region you'll step into a dynamic role where your ideas and experiences are actively sought and can make a tangible difference.

This role will drive our innovative products in to region, leading the team of sales and service managers (12), defining the strategy for growth and building on our existing relationships, as well as driving new ones.
You will play a key role in managing the growth of the region, taking ownership and responsibility for defining and delivering the strategy to grow the Order Intake budget (36 million euro in 2024); with a highly adaptable mind set. The role therefore requires duel skills in having a medium/ long term strategic approach and focus alongside coaching and motivating a sales team in pipeline management; customer development and sales delivery.
What you will be responsible for:
  • Be responsible for the Scandics region strategic development process; aligning the local opportunities with Kelvion sales growth strategy globally. Lead your sales team to accurately understand and deliver the monthly Orders Intakes budget in each Business Unit; Define and deliver the budget for Orders Intake growth year on year across each business unit
  • Successfully enhance the performance of the sales organization that aligns to the sales strategy: managing; coaching and mentoring the team, supporting their daily sales activities, and customer interactions, by planning and developing the necessary consistent sales activities and individual coaching requirements
  • Support the operational teams in region with oversight; management and global alignment to ensure resource allocation and training to deliver regional support is achieved. Including closely partnering with finance to achieve regional P L and EBIT targets
  • Deliver accurate forecasts understanding and consolidating each sales manager pipeline
  • Support the delivery of Kelvion CRM as a standard practice across the region
  • Close support to the Northern Europe Senior Vice-President Sales

  • Experience working with sales crm systems; processes and sales protocols
LocationThe primary location for this role is: home based. With flexibility to be based in Denmark or Sweden and travel through the region as needed
TravelTravel is a requirement of the role at 40-50%_the person will need to have the flexibility to travel during usual business hours, the ability to drive themselves and the right to do so
