Job Details

Job Location: Magnum Bldg 1 - Elkhart, IN
Salary Range: Undisclosed

Description

MISSION:

Support the Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) goals of selling their chemical programs to their respective dealership networks by contacting 60 dealerships per day, providing program awareness, and selling expertise in the automotive chemical market for an assigned region of the country.

KEY INDICATORS (KPIs):

1) OUTCOME: Ability to handle customers diplomatically and effectively

  • Doing Dealer Visits
  • Inbound/outbound contact with at least 60 dealers per day
  • New Customer Setups
  • Normally follows established, standard procedures on routine work, requires instructions only on new assignments
  • Upselling Products to hit sales objectives
  • Supporting our Marketing Team with their promotions
  • Managing customers product claims
  • Must attend 1 industry event annually
  • Dealer Terminations
  • Taking on new opportunities and tough challenges with sense of urgency
  • Responding to dealers within 2 hours
  • Determining EDI errors & resolving
  • Processing Dealer Orders

2) OUTCOME: Exceptional customer support

  • Build strong relationships with customer base
  • Providing Order History to our dealers upon request
  • Good decision-making skills
  • Providing Accurate Program Information
  • Conducting Dealer Surveys
  • Have knowledge of Chemical Product
  • 100% accuracy in entering contact information
  • Maintain strong relationships with OEM sales through monthly contacts
  • Identify Potential White Glove Opportunities
