The Invoicing and Expensing Assistant performs administrative tasks necessary to support Finance and Purchasing.
Responsibilities Will Include But are not limited to:
- Answering of phone and transferring of phone calls if necessary
- Invoicing of Service Orders to Clients via email and web portals
- Entering & Reconciling revenue and expenses to Davisware daily
- Assisting the AR & AP managers with weekly task & assisting with monthly close
- Assisting with purchasing of supplies and parts as needed
- Other duties and responsibilities as directed by management
- General understanding and/or experience with Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel.
- Experience with Davisware Global Edge is a plus
- Works well independently and with others.

Starting Pay: From $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
