Prepares materials in advance of meetings (e.g., design sessions, testing sessions), facilitates meetings and documents meeting minutes.

Responsibilities
- Serve as a Business Systems Analyst across projects.
- Participate in the analysis of business requirements.
- Document system workflows and use cases. Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommendations.
- Develop functional design documents and align with technical design documents.
- Outline high level application testing.
- Preparation of materials in advance of meetings (e.g., design sessions, testing sessions), facilitates meetings and documents meeting minutes.
- Maintains knowledge of business functionality and technical platforms as the business climate and technology platforms evolve
- Performs procedural duties within standardized practices, where applicable.
- Complies with and supports all corporate, department and security policies and procedures.
- Performs other related duties as required or requested
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 5 years of experience
- Requires experience working with Jira and Confluence
- Knowledge of project management standards, processes, procedures and guidelines.
- Must be well organized, detail oriented, able to multi-task, and reliable
- Must have effective written and verbal communications skills.
- Strong computer/software skills (Microsoft Office)
- Delivers high quality deliverables on time.
- Clear and concise communication with coworkers.
- Needs tactical guidance of work and deliverables.
- Experience in telephony a plus.
- Occasional travel required
- This is a hybrid position, working at the local Kemper office as needed.
