We are a family- based private practice seeking a career minded individual to work as a full time front desk administrator. Prior DENTAL experience of at least 2 years NECESSARY. Applicants must be able to multi task with most daily front desk duties including; scheduling, insurance verification and billing as well as treatment planning. Knowledge of Dentrix Ascend computer software a plus. Position is for 4-5 days a week. Office hours are as follows: Monday 8:15a-6:00p, Tuesday 8:15a-6:00p, Wednesday 8:00a-2:00p,Thursday 8:15a-6:00p and Friday 8:00a-3:30p Schedule can be flexible to suit an applicant's needs.
