**Job Title:** Foreman/Project Manager
**Job Type:** Full-Time, Monday through Saturday
**Salary Range:** $60,000 - $70,000 Salary negotiable based on experience
**Job Description:**
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Foreman/Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from beginning to end, ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. The Foreman/Project Manager will coordinate tasks with subcontractors, supervise construction crews, and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage and supervise construction projects from conception to completion
- Coordinate and oversee subcontractors and construction crews
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
-Ensure materials are needed for jobs are supplied/delivered
- Maintain high standards of quality and safety
- Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders
- Problem-solve and address any issues that arise during construction
**Qualifications:**
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Knowledge of construction processes, equipment, and safety protocols
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
- Fluent in English, bilingual - Spanish is a plus
- Proficiency in Excel and Different applications
- Experience with Buildertrend is a plus
