Kendal at Hanover is seeking aCustomer Service Representative. Join the professional Facilities team where you are rewarded every day for making a difference in people's lives. As the Facilities Customer Service Representative you will enjoy regular weekday work hours and excellent benefits while helping our team deliver maintenance expertise to our many customers while having “front of house” customer interactions. You will be dispatching our On Call technician, attending to our staffing timekeeping system, interacting with our work order system, and maintaining excellent documentation and records.
Your skills needed are; excellent communication, Microsoft Suite knowledge, Prior office experience in a property management or facilities department desired, but not necessary. Prior customer service experience in an office with competing demands for a person’s time is essential.

Oversight of each Kendal organization is provided by a local board of directors. Residents and community members serve together on each of those boards and the President of each resident association attends those respective board meetings. Said another way, governance of each Kendal organization is not in some corporate office removed from the people being served. Residents are informed about financial and other matters in which they have important interest. Assets are kept within local Kendal organizations throughout the Kendal System and not put at risk to fund new developments in other places. That model has been built and refined over time, with the participation and care of the leadership of all of the organizations in the Kendal System.
