Our technicians are high-level professionals with strong attention to detail as is required to fix-it-right the first time. This allows our service team to maintain outstanding customer service ratings with our clients.

Candidate must maintain high ethical standards in daily activities leading the work of lube technicians to include:

• Dispatch, direct and schedule the activities of all express lube technicians.
• Ensure that lube technicians are properly trained and up to date on all technical and safety standards.
• Establish processes and standards to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient and effective express lube service operations.
• Assists technicians in troubleshooting and works with technicians to efficiently solve problems.
• Oversees lube technician work teams and confirms that teams are working together efficiently and safely to meet workloads. Serves as a back-up lube technician when workloads demand.
• Addresses safety concerns to ensure safe work environment and communicates safety issues with service manager.
• Meets Company standards for ¼ time inspections.
• Inspects quality of repairs and work being done to verify proper utilization of Autopoint/MPI processes.
• Ensures that all vehicles receive a complete inspection and the results are communicated with the service writer to increase parts and labor sales.
• Coordinates with Parts Manager to ensure proper inventory of Express Lube Department products.
• Communicates effectively with Express Service Advisors and Service Manager.

Work is performed indoors in a shop environment, tool usage includes mechanic's hand and power tools that produce significant vibration and force, standing and walking will be required for entire work shift in order to complete job duties. Pushing, pulling, crouching, squatting, reaching, and kneeling will be required frequently to access all parts of vehicles being worked on. Lifting as well as pushing and pulling weights and forces from 20 to 100 pounds occasionally required.
