About the Role
As the Kitchen Coordinator, you will ensure the kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently. This role involves managing inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness and organization within the kitchen.
What You Will Be Doing

• Monitor and maintain inventory levels of all kitchen supplies, including food, beverages, and cleaning products, daily.
• Ensure all items are properly labeled, stored, and rotated to maintain freshness and prevent waste.
• Restock shelves, refrigerators, and storage areas daily.
• Coordinate weekly with suppliers and vendors to order necessary kitchen supplies and ingredients.
• Track deliveries and ensure timely receipt of orders as needed.

• Verify the quality and quantity of received items and address any discrepancies or issues with suppliers.
• Perform regular cleaning duties, including sanitizing surfaces and cleaning equipment and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Skills & Qualification

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Capability to lift and move heavy items up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to work 5-10 hours a week
