Role Description
Join a fast-paced and growing marketing team! Reporting to the VP of Marketing, the Product Marketing Specialist will be responsible for conducting market research, developing go-to-market strategies, collaborating with sales and product management teams, and effectively communicating product features and benefits to prospects and customers.
Responsibilities:
- Create positioning & messaging: help define and understand who our buyers are, what they care about, and what they need to make informed critical technology decisions.
- Own customer communications for product releases, updates, and news.
- Create compelling content and marketing collateral to increase awareness and adoption of our solutions.
- Deliver Go-to-Market Strategy and Campaigns: Use insights on how to reach target customers across their journey to design go-to-market strategies that hit metrics across awareness, adoption, and engagement.
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to deliver automated multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, push notifications, in-app).
- Collect customer feedback through surveys, direct customer communications and beta groups, and use them to create user stories and case studies.
- Conduct deep competitor research and create competitor comparison resources for marketing and sales.
- Define and monitor product marketing key performance indicators to gauge initiatives/campaigns success.
What you’ll need:
- 2-3 years experience in product marketing with a focus on B2B SaaS
- Experience using customer insights and data to inform segmentation, messaging, and manage experiments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Hubspot experience

- You are proactive at driving processes, taking ownership of outcomes, and effectively reporting on KPIs to leadership.
