The Benefits Manager will have exceptional knowledge in healthcare insurance, trends, and data, strong negotiation skills; experience working with dental, disability, LOA plans, and more. The Manager will also be involved with how to leverage existing options provided as well as the ability to develop a strategy for new benefits and related programs.
