Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a President of the Asphalt Division at KennMar. The President of the Asphalt Division will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations related to the acquisition, development, and management of asphalt projects. This includes managing project budgets, timelines, and resources, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution. The President of the Asphalt Division will also be responsible for business development and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in the industry. Compensation is commensurate with experience. Compensation includes full benefits with matching 401K.

Qualifications

• Experience in the asphalt industry, including project management and leadership roles
• Strong knowledge of asphalt construction techniques, materials, and equipment
• Proven track record of successfully managing asphalt projects from start to finish
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Business development and sales skills
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Knowledge of local regulations and codes related to asphalt construction
• Experience with budgeting and financial analysis
