RN Qualifications:

• Active RN license
• Nursing degree from an accredited program
• Current BLS certification
• EHR proficiency
• Competent in patient assessment and wound care
• Familiar with infection control practices
• Skilled in medication management

RN Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care to residents, ensuring their well-being.
• Administer medications accurately and safely.
• Conduct health assessments and monitor vital signs.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Perform wound assessments and treatments.
• Provide health education and support to residents and families
